The frame (21) has a floor (22) for supporting an inner container (11). A central foot (24) made of metal is attached to a foot frame (25) to which the floor and an outer jacket (18) of the inner container are fastened. The central foot includes a profile body comprising a U-shaped cross section. The profile body comprises a base wall, an outer journal wall and an inner journal wall. The base wall and the journal walls embody an axial edge web at axial end areas of the profile body in a plane at right angles to a longitudinal axis of the profile body.
