PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the formation of turbulence in a roll shape by a gas involved in a rubber material.SOLUTION: Provided is a rubber roll production device including: an extrusion part having a circular flow passage and extruding an unvulcanized rubber material from the flow passage into a cylindrical shape; a feed part having a passage 46 provided along the axial direction of the flow passage on the inner circumferential side of the flow passage and feeding a core material from one edge of the passage 46 to the inside of the cylindrical rubber material; and an exhaust part 80 arranged at a part of the inner circumference of the passage 46 and capable of exhausting a gas from the rubber material fron the one end of the passage 46 toward the other end side.
