PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphorus-free non-halogen flame-retardant insulation electric wire and a phosphorus-free non-halogen flame-retardant insulation cable which show high flame retardancy passing foreign flame retardancy standards (EN, DIN and BS), are excellent in mechanical characteristics and have a smooth extrusion appearance.;SOLUTION: A phosphorus-free non-halogen flame-retardant insulation electric wire is a wire provided with an insulation layer formed on the outer periphery of a conductor by coating the conductor with a phosphorus-free non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition consisting of a base polymer which is based on an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer polymerized with a metallocene catalyst and contains an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and the phosphorus-free non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition contains 100-250 pts.wt. of a metal hydroxide and 1-20 pts.wt. of a mineral oil to 100 pts.wt. of the base polymer. The insulation layer has a surface roughness Ra of 1.5 μm or smaller and passes the vertical flame test by EN60332-1-2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
