PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effective utilization of resources such as frequencies and power of a standby channel in a radio network having a plurality of active channels and the standby channel.SOLUTION: In a transmission-side radio communication device 101, transmission-side interfaces 111a, 111b, 111c and a DIST card 112 are set to form one logical channel by aggregating a channel having large traffic with the standby channel by a trunk function, on no occurrence of a fault such as a hardware fault and channel abnormality. Further, in a reception-side communication device 102, reception-side interfaces 153a, 153b and 153c are set to form one logical channel by aggregating the channel having large traffic with the standby channel. By this, it is possible to use the resources such as the transmission capacity and the communication power of the standby channels without waste.
