PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored ink composition that allows production of a visibility improving sheet having excellent absorbing performance on external light and superior contrast.;SOLUTION: The colored ink composition comprises a transparent ionization radiation-curable resin composition and colored fine particles. The colored fine particles comprise resin fine particles and a coloring material layer coating the surfaces of the resin fine particles. The surface of the resin fine particle has a concavo-convex figure, in which a distance between centers of adjoining projections is 1 to 30% of the diameter of the resin fine particle, and the height from the bottom of the recess to the top of the projection is 1 to 10% of the diameter of the resin fine particle. The resin fine particle is coated with the coloring material layer to such a degree that the projections of the resin fine particle are covered.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
