The invention relates to a polyimide film incorporating polyimide powder delustrant, and a preparing method thereof. Specifically, the invention relates to a polyimide film comprising at least two layers of polyimide films mutually stacked, wherein each polyimide layer includes polyimide polymers and is formed by the reaction of diamine compounds and dianhydride compounds with substantially equal mole ratios, and at least one layer of the polyimide layer includes polyimide powder distributed in the polyimide polymers. In the at least one layer, based on the total weight of the layer, the proportion of the polyimide powder is about 20to 50 wt%, and the 60-degree gloss value of at least one surface of the polyimide film is about below 5. The embodiment of the invention also comprises a method for preparing the polyimide film and the polyimide powder.
