PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic generating method taking characteristics of tissues existing in a propagation path of an ultrasonic wave into consideration, a computer-readable recording medium recording the same, and an ultrasonic irradiation apparatus.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic generating method for generating an ultrasonic wave irradiated from an ultrasonic irradiation apparatus includes: a step of acquiring a medical image including anatomical information of a subject; a step of calculating the characteristics of one or more tissues constituting the subject affecting the propagation of the ultrasonic wave on the basis of the medical image; a step of determining a parameter of the ultrasonic wave for forming a focal point of the subject by using the calculated characteristics; and a step of generating the ultrasonic wave in accordance with the determined parameter.
