PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an associative searching system which can search for documents similar to each topic not documents similar as whole document group when a document group including several topics are input to search.;SOLUTION: When a feature word group is extracted from search input document in associative searching, not only importance of each word but also positional information of the word in the search input document is added. Then, the extracted feature word group is classified based on importance and appearance position of each word.
