PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder alloy for thermal spraying which has both of high hardness and excellent high temperature corrosion resistance, thus has excellent characteristics to wear resistance and high temperature corrosion resistance, and can be subjected to aging treatment in a short period of time.;SOLUTION: The powder alloy for thermal spray comprises, by mass, 32 to 50% Cr, 0.5 to 10% Al, 0.1 to 20% Fe, and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities. When necessary, further, one or more selected from 0.5 to 5% Si, 0.001 to 0.01% B, 0.01 to 0.1% C, 0.1 to 5% Cu, one or more selected from ≤0.1% Ti, ≤0.1% Nb, ≤0.1% Ta and ≤0.1% V can be added thereto also in the range of Ti+Nb+Ta+V: ≤0.1%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
