PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium based composite material which exhibits high strength without remarkably reducing its high ductility without adding expensive elements and substances.;SOLUTION: The titanium based composite material includes: a base of pure titanium or a titanium alloy; and titanium oxide particles dispersed into the base.
