PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method of a biodetector in which a N-isopropylacrylamide colloid allowing the achievement of excellent sensitivity and stability is used for a detection membrane with a europium titanium oxide (EuTixOy) as a material for embedding enzymes.;SOLUTION: A detection method includes a step 1 of preparing a N-isopropylacrylamide aqueous solution, a step 2 of preparing a N-isopropylacrylamide colloid, a step 3 of adding enzymes to a buffer solution and then mixing it with the N-isopropylacrylamide colloid, and a step 4 of using enzymes to embed and fix the N-isopropylacrylamide colloid on a detection membrane of a biodetector and performing measurement. N-isopropylacrylamide colloid is used as a material for embedding enzymes because it has characteristics of being coagulated by heat. After the measurement, the enzyme embedding material is directly cooled and washed in water. Therefore, a washing process is facilitated, costs are also reduced. In addition, the present invention relates to a biodetector for a detection membrane in which a EuTixOy is used as an EIS member and sensitivity or accuracy is also improved more than the prior arts.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
