METHOD FOR MEASURING ADHESION STRENGTH AGAINST PEELING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring interfacial adhesion strength of a multi-layer laminated body in an orthogonal direction.;SOLUTION: There is provided a method for measuring an adhesion strength against peeling between a first layer and a second layer of a laminated body comprising a solid first layer 1 and the solid first layer 2, and the second layer 3, which are laminated in this order. The method comprises: a hole forming process in which a hole is formed from a surface of the first layer opposite to a surface which is in contact with the second layer, to a surface where the first layer and the second layer are in contact with each other, at a central part of an adhesion strength against peeling measurement area of the first layer; and a pushing-out process in which a rod-like measuring instrument 7 is inserted into the hole orthogonally relative to the surface of the second layer which is in contact with the first layer, and the second layer is pushed out.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
