PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing fitting structure and an electric power steering device having the housing fitting structure which can satisfy the conventionally needed vibration control function and in addition, can secure conductivity, when the housing of a functional system or a functional unit fitted to the car body member because an automobile functional system or a functional unit such as an electric power steering device is mounted with electronic components such as a motor, an ECU and a torque sensor due to the progress of computerization, which needs grounding onto the car body.;SOLUTION: In a housing fitting structure for fixing a housing fitting part 1 to a car body member 2 under elastic support via an elastic vibration control member 6 by a fixing bolt 3, between the housing fitting part 1 and the car body member 2 or between the housing fitting part 1 and a fixing bolt 3 or a washer 4, a conductive member 7 is arranged under fixed pressure in contact with the housing fitting part 1 and the car body member 2 or with the housing fitting part 1 and the fixing bolt 3 or the washer 4, and conductivity between the housing fitting part 1 and the car body member 2 is secured in a state where the housing fitting part 1 is fixed to the car body member 2 under the elastic support.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
