PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core-less toilet paper roll in which toilet tissues are prevented from wasteful use by shortening a winding length necessary for forming a winding core and loosening is not largely generated at the winding core.;SOLUTION: A distance L₁ from a nozzle 8 to the surface of a winding shaft 6 is set so that an overlapping portion L₃, between nozzles adjacent to each other, of projection width L₄ of spray water in the winding shaft direction against the surface of the winding shaft is set to be 35-57 mm and spray time from the nozzle 8 is set to be 0.2-1.2 seconds.
