It includes: an analysis signal acquiring step S2a for acquiring an analysis signal by analyzing a reflection signal reflected from minute defects generated in the weld to which an ultrasonic wave is irradiated; a minute defects number density estimation step S2b which derives an estimated number density of minute defects from the acquired analysis signal on the basis of first correlation data showing the correlation of the analysis signal and a number density of minute defects; and a remaining life estimation step S3 which derives an estimated remaining life of the weld from the estimated number density on the basis of second correlation data showing the correlation of the number density of minute defects and a remaining life of the weld.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
