METHOD FOR PRODUCING Fe-Cu-C BASED SINTERING MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the hardness and strength of an Fe-Cu-C based sintering material by a method excellent in productivity while suppressing the use of expensive alloy elements.;SOLUTION: The sintering of a compact obtained by subjecting raw material powder to compression molding is performed using a roller hearth furnace, it is heated to a sintering temperature in the furnace, thereafter, slow cooling is performed to 830 to 900°C, and subsequently, rapid cooling is performed at a rate of 2.5 to 4.0°C/sec to produce an Fe-Cu-C based sintering material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
