PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems concerning construction time, cost, mounting space and removal of LNG satellite, enable its transporting to be carried out conveniently, reapplication to be effectively continued and accommodate for a state in which a direct supplying of natural gas (city gas) is performed to consumers through pipe lines.SOLUTION: An LNG storage tank and LNG evaporator are packaged, mounted on a container exclusive transportation vehicle, the LNG storage tank, LNG evaporator are mounted and stored to form a unit package, the LNG storage tank, LNG evaporator and LNG mobile satellite are mounted under their fixed state to constitute an LNG mobile satellite system, the LNG storage tank, LNG evaporator and LNG mobile satellite constituting the LNG mobile satellite system can be transported to other locations and installed there with the container exclusive transportation vehicle as the LNG storage tank, LNG evaporator and each of the packaged portions under their fixed state.
