PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation abnormality warning device of a blower that can be easily attached to an existing blower and is manufactured as a device having a compact size, with high accuracy and at low cost, and provide a blower including the rotation abnormality warning device.;SOLUTION: A rotation abnormality warning device includes: a sensor part 16 that detects the pulsation frequency of wind generated by rotation of blades 11b of a blower 10; a calculation part that acquires a rotation speed of the blower 10 by dividing the detected pulsation frequency by the number of blades 11b of the blower 10; and a detection part that detects rotation abnormality of the blower 10 by comparing the acquired rotation speed with a predetermined allowable minimum rotation speed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
