PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugate of a CD40 agonist antibody/I-type interferon synergistic adjuvant; a composite comprising it; and a treatment method of HIV infection and the like, enhancing cellular immunity.SOLUTION: A synergistic adjuvant comprises at a synergistically effective amount of at least one I-type interferon and at least one CD40 agonist. These parts may be in an identical composition or separate compositions. In addition, a fusion protein and a DNA composite have a conjugate of I-type interferon/CD40 agonist/antigen.
