PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing member capable of being attached corresponding to under-eaves water-conveyance members different in depth-direction length and capable of enhancing the strength and installation stability of the under-eaves water-conveyance member.;SOLUTION: A reinforcing member includes: a first engaging portion 71 which is engaged with a leading end of an upper fixing portion 2 of an under-eaves water-conveyance member 1; a reinforcing portion 72 which is elongated toward an external wall side of a building from the first engaging portion 71 and which abuts on and supports an elongated portion 3, inclined porion 4 and draining portion 5 of the under-eaves water-conveyance member 1 from a backside; a second engaging portion 73 which is provided at the rear end of the reinforcing portion 72 and engaged with a lower fixing portion 6 of the under-eaves water-conveyance member 1; and a wall surface attachment portion 74 which is elongated upward from the second engaging portion 73.
