PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably limit an installation number of software within a permission number.;SOLUTION: The installation system for software comprises an external device which stores a computer program operating in a computer, an installer program for installing the computer program in the computer, and a remaining allowable number of installation. The system also comprises a computer for operating the installer program with connection to the external device.
