PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power failure recovery supporting system and a power failure recovery supporting method which can more quickly recover power failure occurring in such a level as to directly affect a system frequency.;SOLUTION: A power failure recovery supporting system 11 includes: pre-power-failure power consumption acquiring means 23 for acquiring pre-power-failure power consumption for each load facility whose power has failed; recoverable power calculating means 24 for calculating recoverable power at a current point from the system frequency allowable lower limit value of a power system and the system frequency after the power has failed; load facility to be recovered selecting means 25 for calculating recovery power by sequentially adding the pre-power-failure power consumption of each of the load facility whose power has failed, and selecting a load facility to be recovered while determining whether the recovery power at that time exceeds the recoverable power or not, each time the one pre-power-failure power consumption is added in the recovery power calculating step; and recovery executing means 26 for executing recovery of the selected load facility to be recovered.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
