PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melting process automatic creation device that can minimize energy without causing problems in an operation and can present replanning upon a failure, and to provide a method for automatically creating a melting process.;SOLUTION: The melting process automatic creation device comprises: a holding means 110 for a necessary amount of molten metal which reads and stores information necessary to create a melting process such as an amount of molten metal, material and cycle time information necessary for each line from the information advertised by a production schedule; a first calculating means 120 for a residual amount of molten metal in a molten metal pouring machine and in a melting furnace, the means which calculates, related to a first melting furnace, a residual amount of molten metal in a molten metal poring machine and a residual amount of molten metal in the melting furnace in chronological order by seconds until the first melting furnace reaches an 'empty' state or to have designated weight based on the stored necessary amount of molten metal; a second calculating means 130 for a residual amount of molten metal in a molten metal pouring machine and in a melting furnace, the means which selects one furnace in at least second and succeeding melting furnaces and calculates a residual amount of molten metal in a molten metal pouring machine and a residual amount of molten metal in the melting furnace similarly to the first furnace in chronological order by seconds; and an output means 150 for calculation results of a residual amount of molten metal in a molten metal pouring machine and in a melting furnace, the means which acquires the calculation in a predetermined period and outputs the result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
