PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair an underwater cable with a simple and easy device and method.;SOLUTION: A system for repairing underwater cable includes a shield which covers a portion from a first end to a second end of the underwater cable positioned in the water and a resin supplier which supplies an insulating resin to the inside of the shield while pushing out water in the shield.
