PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medical equipment etc. that enables an operator such as a medical practician to easily and simply perform operation authentication etc. of the medical equipment.SOLUTION: Medical equipment 10 includes: an operator-side communication device 13 which automatically starts communicating with the medical equipment 10 that an operator touches; and an equipment-side communication device 12 which is disposed for the medical equipment so as to communicate with the operator-side communication device 12. The equipment-side communication device receives at least operator identification information for identifying the operator. The operator identification information includes standing information about operation authority information on the medical equipment and standing operation authority information 41a relating the standing information and the operation authority information on the medical equipment with each other, and an operable range of the medical equipment by the operator is specified based upon the standing information acquired from the operator-side communication device and the standing operation authority information.
