PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap accessory making material by which a plurality of sheets of normal snap photographs or the like can be made into an accessory of a strap, and to provide the strap accessory making material by which the size of the strap can be made into a size which is always attached to the body without trouble, and to provide the strap accessory and the strap.;SOLUTION: This strap accessory making material has a base sheet, and a plurality of seals for photo prints which are peelably arranged on the base sheet. Each seal has a folding line at the center of the seal, and the strap accessory making material is constituted in such a manner that album page sections for a small photo album, which becomes the accessory of the strap, can be formed by pasting the rear surface of each page of spread two pages being divided by the folding line to the rear surface of each page of another arbitrary seal.
