PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a loop type heat pipe and a method for manufacturing the same.;SOLUTION: In the loop type heat pipe wherein a working fluid is circulated to an evaporator and a condenser via a pipe, the evaporator is provided with a casing having a groove formed in the inner wall thereof and a wick having a metal pattern matched with the shape of a groove top of a groove formed on the outer wall surface thereof and evaporating the working fluid flowing in from a tube. The wick is housed in the casing so that the groove top and the metal pattern are opposed to each other and the groove top and the metal pattern are subjected to diffusion bonding.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
