Air conditioning maintenance system and data analysis equipment

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning facilities maintenance system that can efficiently and accurately perform fault diagnosis of air conditioning facilities.SOLUTION: A vibration sensor 40 is attached to an air conditioner outdoor unit 10 to detect the vibration thereof. A sensor data acquisition device 50 is electrically connected to the vibration sensor 40, obtains a detection result thereof, generates sensor data, and transmits it to a data analysis device 60. The data analysis device 60 obtains a current operation state of the air conditioning facilities by receiving and analyzing a message flowing through an air conditioner network 70. Then the data analysis device 60 generates measurement data in which the sensor data transmitted from the sensor data acquisition device 50, a detection date, and the current operation state are correlated with one another and then stores it in a memory.
