Provided is a charging and discharging experimental device which charges and discharges a secondary battery of a charging and discharging experimental object with a plurality of charging and discharging power supplies to carry out the charging and discharging experiment of the secondary battery. Provided is a calibration device which utilizes the charging and discharging power supplies except calibration objects as a DC power supply or a resistance load when some of the charging and discharging power supplies in the charging and discharging experimental device become the calibrated objects.
