PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spent fuel pool facility that prevents inclusion of impurities such as salts into a fuel storage area operating in good condition.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a spent fuel pool facility includes: a partition wall 10 that partitions a spent fuel pool 6 into a plurality of areas, the spent fuel pool 6 provided in a nuclear reactor building of a nuclear power plant and storing spent fuel; and seal members 11 that are provided opposite to each other in the vicinity of two inner wall surfaces 6a of the spent fuel pool 6 and attached to both side surfaces of the partition wall 10 in an installation state of the partition wall 10, to seal gaps between both side surfaces of the partition wall 10 and the inner wall surfaces 6a.
