Provided is a conveyor belt winding storage device which can shorten overall processing time. The conveyor belt winding storage device (100) comprises a winding part (101) which winds a conveyor belt (T0) to a vertical empty reel (R0); a sticking part (104) which is provided adjacent to the winding part (101) and sticks label (L0) on a reel (R4) winded with the conveyor belt (T0); and a holding plate (105) which is provided at front side of the winding part (101). The holding plate can have a first holding position (alpha) which maintains the reel (R1) to be vertical and a second holding position (beta) which rotates 90 DEG relative to the first holding position (alpha) and maintains the reel (R1) to be horizontal. When a conveying tray (103) receives the reel (R1) from the holding plate (105) at the second holding position (beta) and moves to one side of the sticking part (104), a reel with label (R2) on the conveying tray (103) drops downwards from the conveying tray (103) and is stored in a stocker.
