PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID recording medium issuing device capable of writing desired information from any one of front and back sides with respect to an RFID recording medium that incorporates RFID inlets on both the front and back sides, and a method for issuing RFID recording media.;SOLUTION: The RFID recording medium issuing device includes: a recording medium 50 including first and second recording media pieces 53 and 54 incorporating RFID inlets 57 and 60 that are peelably and temporarily stuck to the front/back surfaces of a paperboard 51; medium supply means 2 for supplying recording media; first and second printing means 3 and 4 for printing desired information on the surfaces of the first and second recording media pieces; detecting means 6 for detecting a detection mark 52 of the RFID recording medium; and RFID reading/writing means 7 provided on one surface side of the recording medium for reading and writing the desired information with respect to the RFID inlets incorporated in the first and second recording media pieces of the recording medium.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
