Bladder detrusor contraction and urethral sphincter relaxant

Provided is a highly safe and excellent preventive, remedy and/or symptom-relieving agent for underactive bladder which has both of an effect of promoting the contraction of the bladder detrusor muscle and an effect of relaxing the urethral sphincter muscle and shows a strong urination effect. Because of having an effect of promoting the contraction of the bladder detrusor muscle and an effect of relaxing the urethral sphincter muscle and thus being capable of relieving bladder contraction disorders and urethral relaxation failures, a compound represented by general formula (I) is efficacious as a preventive and/or remedy for underactive bladder.  Moreover, the compound represented by general formula (I) never induces side effects, for example, bladder irritation exerted by PGE1, PGE2 or EP1 agonist or EP3 agonist.  Thus, the compound represented by general formula (I), a salt thereof, an N-oxide thereof, an S-oxide thereof and a solvate thereof or prodrugs or cyclodextrin clathrate compounds of the same are useful as a highly safe and excellent preventive, remedy and/or symptom-relieving agent for underactive bladder.
