The transformer module (10) is mounted on the ground electrode pattern (40G) of the mounting substrate (40), and includes a transformer (20) and an electrostatic shield (30). The transformer (20) includes a magnetic core (22) that forms an open magnetic circuit, and a primary winding and a secondary winding wound around the core (22). The electrostatic shield (30) covers the transformer (20) and shields the electric field radiated from the transformer (20). The electrostatic shield (30) is composed of a first metal member (31) and a second metal member (32). The first metal member (31) and the second metal member (32) are provided with slits (33, 34) for making it difficult for an eddy current generated by a leakage magnetic flux from the transformer (20) to flow. Thus, a converter transformer, a transformer module, and a wireless power transmission system that can suppress a decrease in Q value, electrostatically shield, and further achieve downsizing are provided.
