PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leaks of counter services by a counter teller.;SOLUTION: A terminal used by an operator in a transaction in a financial institution comprises: a memory unit memorizing a first check article indicating an execution status of each processing article which can be executed in random order in one transaction and a second check article which the operator should check in relation to the processing articles during the processing of each processing article; a processing work area receiving a processing content about the transaction; and a display displaying a screen in which an operator check area displaying the second check article as a check list is arranged. The terminal checks an input status on the check list in one processing article and reflects the execution status in the first check article after one processing article is executed, and checks the execution status of the first check article when the fulfillment processing of the transaction is executed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
