Disclosed is a heat-resistant nickel-based superalloy containing chromium, cobalt, titanium, aluminum, and nickel as main elements. This superalloy can contain additional component elements and inevitable impurity elements, and the total of the length for annealing twins is 500 µm or more per 104 µm2 of cross-sectional area.
