Assuming that the distance between the first end of the base and an end of the first surface portion, the end being close to the first end, is A and the distance between the second end of the base, the end being other than the first end and being on the opposite side across the first surface portion, and the end of the first surface portion, the end being on the side close to the second end, is B, the relations of(A0, B0, A=B) are satisfied.
