PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analgesic member which makes efficient use of the characteristics of a 3-dimensional object made from a carbon fiber such as a carbon microcoil to relieve pain of the human body without depending on a drug, and to provide an analgesic patching material having the analgesic member.;SOLUTION: The analgesic patching material S is structured by laminating the analgesic member 10, a protective layer 20, a self-adhesion layer 30 and a peeling layer 40.
