The wood drying control system by non-destructive dry stress measurement of wood

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of drying timber 4 for quickly drying the timber 4 by simplifying preparation for activating a drying device 1 and by measuring drying stress of the timber 4 without accompanying damage of the timber 4.;SOLUTION: A timber drying control system for drying the timber 4 housed in a timber drying chamber 1 by adjusting temperature and humidity in the timber drying chamber 1 is characterized in that the drying stress produced when the timber 4 housed in the timber drying chamber 1 is contracted is measured by using near infrared rays and the temperature and humidity are adjusted to switch a drying speed from a first adjustment section where the drying speed is slow to a second adjustment section where the drying speed is fast, with the time when the drying stress becomes zero as a boundary.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
