PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an erosion control information processing system capable of utilizing a piece of information hand-written on a form stored in a digital pen as electronic form data.;SOLUTION: An erosion control information processing system includes; a portable terminal that receives data input by hand-writing from a digital pen via wireless communication; and a server which includes temporary storing means and a form database. The server creates form area definition data defining data attributes on the basis of a form template and stores the data in the form database; stores the hand-written input data from the portable terminal in the temporary storing means; restores the handwriting on the basis of a piece of positional information included in each area of the hand-written input data; converts the information into characters or an image according to the data attributes of each area defined in the form area definition data; converts the characters of each area disposed in an input text data into a data format of a data column defined by the form template corresponding to each area and rearrange the same to create a converted text data; and sets the converted text data and the image data in the form template and stores the data in the form database.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
