A crisis information delivery device includes a diagram generation means for generating a diagram in which a crisis, a user, and relevant objects for the user are arranged in a predetermined drawing region while the directions from the user at actual positions are kept when the crisis breaks out, and crisis impacts as the degrees of hazard at the actual positions of the user and the relevant objects for the user are indicated in the distances from the crisis in the drawing region.
