METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR CONDUCTING ON-LINE TOURNAMENTS

Players are allowed to play in on-line tournaments at dates and times of their own choosing, within established tournament boundaries, for a predetermined length of time. More generally, players each compete for a fixed period of time, t_play, within tournament date/time boundaries, t_start and t_end. The tournament winner is that player who attains a best score during the tournament. Participation is free of charge.
