The invention comprises a method and system that quantifies and provides feedback regarding an environmental impact of all planned or completed activities associated with an entire trip including the impact of transportation, hotel, restaurants, and recreational activities. It further allows the traveler to offset the negative environmental impact by paying a corresponding amount of money to an organization associated with improving the environment.
