The catering business manages the production of food items, the delivery of food items that can be maintained in portable ovens or warmers and/or active cooling, passive insulated or non-insulated containers that preserve the food items for subsequent consumption. The catering business delivers the food items to various institutional locations for distribution by the particular institution.
