One or more systems, devices, methods, and/or processes described can determine a relation network via analyzing communications of social network users. In one example, a first group of users can be determined via a geographical search region (GSR), and a relation network can be determined via analyzing communications of the first group of users. In another example, the relation network can be determined via analyzing communications of the first group of users with a second group of users that were not directly determined via the GSR. For instance, locations of the second group of users can be determined to be associated with the GSR. For example, associating the second group of users with the GSR can include rating the second group of users, according to one or more criterions and corresponding connection strengths, and determining that the second group of users are connected to the first group of users.
