Snoring treatment apparatus and methods of managing snorers

Method and apparatus are provided for the treatment of a user's sleeping disorder, e.g., snoring. Positive pressure gas in the range of 8 cm H₂O or less, preferably about 3-6 cm H₂O, is provided to the user's airways. If the pressure is greater than 6 cm H₂O, or between 6-8 cm H₂O, an indication or alert is provided to treat or diagnose the user with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
