Enzyme can degrade Hyaluronic acid that is produced by Fungi of the genus fistulina (especially hepatic fistulina). The degradation is based on a mechanism of a lyase, i.e., the formation of double Bonds between carbons 4 and 5 of glucuronic Acid. Process for preparing and PURIFYING this Enzyme.Possible practical use of this Enzyme, particularly in the preparation of a Hyaluronan with low molecular weight or cosmetic or Pharmaceutical compositions.
