System to settle down and to fix a component of the well head device and method for laying a submarine wellhead subsea. It is a tool of settlement that generates signals in response to the setting of a subsea wellhead device which corresponds to the rotation and displacement of the actual tool of settlement in the subsea wellhead.The tool includes an encoder that generates a settlement signal which corresponds to the number of revolutions of a shaft of the tool seat in relation to a tool body of the settlement. The tool system also includes m sensor that generates a signal of axial displacement which corresponds to the axial displacement of a piston of the tool of the settlement in relation to the body.The signals are communicated to the surface with the use of an acoustic transmitter located in the settlement tool and a receiver acoustic located next to a drilling platform at the surface. The signals are forwarded to an interface device to the operator from the receiver for further communication in a manner understandable by an operator.
