Microemulsion of hyptis fruticosa for oral treatment of orofacial pain. The present invention is dedicated to the production of nanosistemas stabilized by tentoativos containing fractions of ethyl acetate and hidrometanu00f3licas of hyptis fruticosa, distinctly. H. fruticosa known as rosemary board is used by the population for pain relief in the form of tea farmer.Several studies have demonstrated its pharmacological effects, especially antimicrobial activities, insecticidal, anti-inflammatory and treatment of gastrointestinal pain. Microemulsions were prepared with fractions, with the aim to improve the solubility of the same. The microemulsions were obtained successfully and presented themselves as systems stable, isotropic and translucent.In vivo studies mostrataram that fractions of H. fruticosa show an effect antinociptivo in the model of orofacial pain, as an alternative biotecnologica for the development of new pharmaceutical forms containing as active principle.
