The development of chromatographic method based on digital identity and oxidation of organic compounds.The present invention provides an innovative technology, alternative and low cost, which allows identification of compounds eluted from a chromatographic column using detectors, low cost, and UV-Vis spectrophotometer to obtain the digital identity and oxidation without the need to use R the equipment such as the mass spectrometer and nuclear magnetic resonance.In the present invention is a first separation of compound present in the sample, followed by partial oxidation of compounds eluted from the chromatographic column by reactions of Fenton system by sequential injection analysis, followed by a break of compounds formed in the same system A gas chromatography.It allows to obtain the digital identity and oxidation of analyte, allowing to identify the compound through the retention time, the degree of oxidation products formed, electronic spectra of the species in the region, UV Vis and the relation between the peak area.Different analytes will lead to the formation of distinct products during the process of partial oxidation and, therefore, allows obtaining a chromatogram of the products formed characteristic for each chemical compound present in the original sample. Thus, different compounds shall not provide the same chromatogram of digital identity and oxidation, i.e., the same set of data.The new technology can be incorporated into the chromatographs currently produced without raising the cost of the final product.
